Structure of the Training
THEORETICAL AND SCIENTIFIC OVERVIEW
Learn the basics of mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis:
-Theoretical foundations
-Empirical basis
-Clinical applications
HANDS ON EXPERIENCE
Practice the components of AIM from various perspectives:
-Practice mindfulness during your training
-Lead mindfulness activities with a group
-Complete ACT exercises designed for you
-Role play ACT lessons implementation with a group
-Learn how to complete various AIM forms and data sheets
